Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about The Fort. Can't find your answer? Reach out and we'll get back to you.
The Fort is a boutique wellness facility — not a big-box gym. We combine personal training (led by Drew Sifflard, CSCS), physical therapy (led by Dr. Molly Sifflard, DPT), and indoor cycling (led by Terri Dizillo) all under one roof. Your trainer and therapist actually collaborate on your plan. You'll never be just a number here.
Absolutely. Many of our members came to us having never exercised regularly. Our trainers are skilled at meeting you exactly where you are — no intimidation, no judgment. We'll start with a free consultation to understand your goals and create a plan that works for your fitness level.
Thrive is our semi-private personal training program. You train with 3-5 people in a 6-week cycle, but your program is built around your individual goals. It's personal-training quality in a small-group setting — with Thrive Moms and Thrive Seniors variants for women rebuilding after pregnancy and adults 55+. $360 per 6-week cycle.
Thrive semi-private personal training is $360 for a 6-week cycle. One-on-one personal training and group class memberships are priced separately — we recommend a free consultation so we can match you with the right format for your goals and budget.
New Hampshire is a direct-access state, which means you don't need a referral to see Dr. Molly for physical therapy. You can schedule an assessment directly. If you have insurance questions, we're happy to help you navigate that.
Your first visit is all about getting to know you. We'll have a conversation about your goals, any concerns or limitations, and what you're hoping to achieve. There's no pressure and no commitment — just a chance for us to show you around and figure out the best path forward together.
Yes — this is actually one of our specialties. With Dr. Molly (a licensed physical therapist) on staff, we can modify any program to work around injuries and limitations. Many of our members start in therapy with Molly and transition to training with Drew once they're ready. It's a seamless process because they coordinate directly.
FortCycle is our indoor cycling studio, led by Terri Dizillo. No cycling experience needed! Our instructors help you set up your bike, explain everything before class starts, and check in with you throughout. The music, energy, and community make it an experience — not just a workout.
Yes! Your first Fortitude group class is always free. For FortCycle, we offer a First Ride Special — 2 rides for just $9. And every new member starts with a free consultation. We want you to experience The Fort before making any commitment.
We're located at 775 Canal Street in Manchester, NH, in the historic Millyard district. There's plenty of free parking available. We're easy to find and happy to give directions if you need them!
We offer classes and sessions throughout the day — early morning, lunch, and evening options to fit any schedule. Check our online schedule for the latest class times, or contact us for personal training availability.
Physical therapy services with Dr. Molly may be eligible for HSA/FSA spending. We recommend checking with your specific plan administrator. We're happy to provide any documentation you need for reimbursement.
