A Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a Master's in Exercise Science from St. Anselm College, Drew has been coaching at The Fort since 2015. He leads the Fortitude Training division, specializing in training athletes and clients of all ages in strength & conditioning, speed, agility, and sport-specific development.
