Drew Sifflard
Drew began coaching at The Fort in 2015 and spent seven years on the floor before he and Dr. Molly Sifflard, DPT, acquired the business in February 2022. Today he owns The Fort with Molly and leads Fortitude Training, specializing in strength & conditioning, speed, agility, and sport-specific development for athletes and clients of all ages.
His coaching is built on a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina and a Master's in Exercise Science & Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in performance enhancement and injury prevention. He earned the NSCA's Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential in 2013, and added specialist certifications in performance enhancement (NASM), speed (NASE), and the Burdenko Method.
Because Molly's Performance Therapy practice is under the same roof, clients coming back from an injury get a coach and a physical therapist working from the same plan.
βI've seen what happens when people find the right fit. It's not just physical β it's a complete shift in how they see themselves.β
